We came to Spokane for a weekend getaway and we stopped here twice for coffee. The first time we had a vanilla latte with oat milk & a hot matcha both were very good. The second time we both got the dulce de leche latte and it was the best we’ve ever had. The baristas were super friendly and made us laugh when calling out the drink orders. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

One of the best latte's I've had, definitely give stars and it's in a common area with several other food places to make a great atmosphere as well. I've tried the drop coffee from a friend and it's also next level.

For the coffee connoisseurs out there that know coffee and love trying something new, Hatch is the best coffee spot in Spokane. They have a rotating single origin espresso that’s always worth trying. Importantly, all the baristas are super knowledgeable and super friendly. Stopping by is always a highlight of my day.

Awesome coffee shop, dare I say perfect.

I stopped here to get a quick drink before having to head over to the airport, the guys working were very friendly, you can tell they have their regulars by the way they were greeting a lot of the people coming in by name. I ordered a Dirty Chai, I have to say, not everyone makes a DC perfect but these guys nailed it! It was delicious! So needless to say 10/10 would recommend anyone to stop by! Also the area where they are located is the cutest little commons ever!

Amazing, beautiful and delicious coffee! Cool environment inside Saranac Commons, with a plant jungle. Dog friendly The staff are all handsome and charming and really the coffee pros in town.

Very good espresso. They recommended some coffee beans for the espresso shot and it was tasty. Customer service is good.

At Hatch Beaker burr I was impressed with the care and consistency that goes into every cup. It is somewhat rare to find a coffee shop that goes through the process of measuring each dose, tamping it correctly, and pouring every shot with the same consistency. The coffee shop is located in a unique downtown building that has several other shops, including a gift shop, bar, and it looks like a bakery will be opening soon. It’s an open concept, which is nice, because there is a lot of seating, at least in the morning time when I went. However it didn’t have the typical coffee house feel to it which I tend to look for to relax while sipping my coffee.(Comfy seats, tables, fireplace or some kind of relaxing feature, music) Overall, I was very impressed with the product and will go back again when I am back visiting Spokane
